All three spacious bedrooms are located on the main level and are ready for use with fresh linens.

The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen TV. 

Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a comfy queen bed, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  

Bedroom 3 is perfect for any kids or singles in your group and features 1 full and 2 twin beds. There is a collection of board games as well, so feel free to host a family game night during your vacation! 

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The property boasts two full bathrooms, one that is an ensuite to the master bedroom and another that is accessible to the rest of your party. Each group will receive fresh towels (including pool towels) and a starter pack of basic toiletries. You may need to replenish during your stay, depending on your use. 

The master ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a bathtub and shower, the shared bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo. 

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you’ll need to prepare tasty meals. The modern appliances include an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a drip coffee maker. 

In addition, we supply 3-4 single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started! You will also find salt, pepper, olive oil, a variety of spices, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.

Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for 6).

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆

Socialize with your loved ones in the living room located right across from the kitchen. There’s a large sofa bed and a chair. Stretch your legs as you stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, warm up by the fireplace, or play your favorite video game on playstation 4!
The couch is a pull out couch for extra sleeping room. 

☆☆ BACKYARD ☆☆

There is plenty of seating in the screened in sunroom , there is some grass area in the back yard for your pets but it is not fenced in.

☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆ 

The garage is equipped to park 1 car.  Beach day essentials are stored here as well. You’ll find beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys here.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard and garage areas. You can access the front door with a keypad lock – the code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. The entrance is on the ground level, and the whole home is one level.

Free parking for up to 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is strictly not allowed by HOA.

Guests will also have shared access to the neighborhood pool, open seasonally (pool is closed from November 1st – March 30th). Code to the pool area will be provided with the check in instructions.

Enjoy your favorite shows and movies using the flat-screen TV in the living room, along with the TVs in the master, 2nd bedroom and kids bedroom. There are over 100+ streaming channels available through the Youtube TV app. Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming platforms are also available, but you will need your own password for those.
You can also play your favorite video games on the Playstation 4 in the living room!
